Model Summary
The Tarmac SL7 brings together aerodynamics, light weight, and ride quality in one race-ready platform, with no compromises made to get there. Built using Specialized's FreeFoil Shape Library and Rider-First Engineered™ design process, and validated in the Win Tunnel with feedback from three WorldTour teams, the SL7 is up to 45 seconds faster than the Tarmac SL6 over 40km, while sitting at or below the UCI weight limit straight out of the box. This Frameset gives you a genuine blank canvas — the same FACT 10r Carbon chassis used across the SL7 range — to build your dream race bike exactly to your own spec.
Key Highlights
- FreeFoil Shape Library Aerodynamics: Tube shapes developed and wind-tunnel validated for genuine free speed, without adding weight.
- FACT 10r Carbon Frame at 920g: A race-ready chassis that keeps the SL7 at or below the UCI weight limit even before you start building.
- Rider-First Engineered™ Design: Every frame size gets its own tube shaping and layup for consistent, balanced handling across the range.
- Integrated Cockpit Ready: Clean internal routing and a matching FACT Carbon fork with headset assembly included make for a tidy, fast-looking build.
- Custom Build Canvas: Sold frame-only so you can spec your own groupset, wheels, and cockpit exactly the way you want it.
