FAQs
What do I need to bring?
Bring ID, bank card, closed shoes, riding gear and helmet if bringing your own.
What’s included?
Hire comes with a basic bike setup and handover plus local riding advice as requested.
Flat pedals are standard; Shimano SPD or Crank Brothers can be requested.
Who can collect the bike?
The person who made the booking with valid ID.
What size do I need?

Do you require a security deposit?
Yes, we hold a security deposit which is refunded within 2 days depending on your banking institution.
What if I damage the bike?
Fair wear and tear is fine. Misuse or major damage may incur repair fees. See our T&C's for more.
How long can I hire for?
From 3 hours to multi-day—choose your slot when booking.
Can I race on a hire bike?
No racing permitted on hire bikes unless approval given by SNT.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Check full policy during booking.
Can I transport the bike to another trail area?
Yes, with prior approval.
