<p>We ship anywhere in Australia. We do not currently ship internationally.</p>

<h3>Parts, apparel and accessories</h3>

<li>Standard, orders under $200 — <strong>$15</strong></li>
<li>Standard, orders $200 and over — <strong>free</strong></li>
<li>Express — <strong>$25</strong></li>
</ul>
<p>These rates apply Australia-wide, including WA and NT. Express is available wherever the Australia Post Express network reaches.</p>

<h3>Bikes and bulky items</h3>
<p>Bikes, frames, wheelsets and forks travel on their own rate.</p>

<li>Click & collect from Noosaville — <strong>free</strong></li>
<li>Local delivery, within 50 km of Noosaville — <strong>$150</strong></li>
<li>Ship to home, all states except WA and NT — <strong>$150</strong></li>
<li>WA and NT — not available online. Get in touch and we will quote you for freight.</li>
</ul>
<p>Bikes collected in store or delivered locally are professionally assembled, safety-checked, set up for you and handed over in person, with practical tips on setup, care and maintenance.</p>
<p>Bikes shipped to your home arrive boxed and partly assembled. We recommend having a qualified mechanic finish the build. If the box is visibly damaged when it arrives, photograph it and contact us before attempting assembly.</p>

<h3>When you will get it</h3>
<ul>
<li>Anything we hold in the Noosaville shop is dispatched the next business day.</li>
<li>Bikes for click & collect or local delivery may take up to 48 hours to build.</li>
<li>Items showing as supplier stock are ordered the day you buy. We will email you when the order is placed, and again with tracking as soon as it ships.</li>
<li>Once an order is dispatched, delivery time is up to the carrier. We will send tracking so you can follow it.</li>
