Refund policy

<h3>Change of mind</h3>
<p>If you change your mind, you have <strong>14 days</strong> from delivery or pickup to return an item, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition with all tags and accessories included.</p>
<p>Return postage on change-of-mind returns is at your cost. Once we have received and checked the item we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refunded.</p>
<p>To start a return, email <a href="mailto:info@spokentrail.com.au">info@spokentrail.com.au</a> with your order number and what you would like to return, and we will send you the details. You are also welcome to bring it in to the shop at 1/168 Eumundi Noosa Road, Noosaville.</p>

<h3>What we cannot accept on change of mind</h3>
<ul>
<li>Bikes and frames that have been ridden outside, assembled to your fit, or registered with the manufacturer</li>
<li>Special orders and items brought in specifically for you from a supplier</li>
<li>Helmets, protective equipment and eyewear once worn or removed from sealed packaging, for safety reasons</li>
<li>Nutrition, hydration products and other consumables</li>
<li>Gift cards</li>
<li>Workshop labour, coaching, tours and shuttles that have already been delivered</li>
</ul>

<h3>Faulty, damaged or not as described</h3>
<p>Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.</p>
<p>Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If something arrives faulty or damaged, contact us straight away and we will cover the cost of getting it back to us.</p>

<h3>Warranty</h3>
<p>Bikes, frames and components carry the manufacturer's warranty. We will handle the claim with the supplier on your behalf — bring the bike in or get in touch and we will walk you through it.</p>

<h3>Cancelling an order</h3>
<p>If your order has not shipped or been built yet, get in touch and we will cancel it and refund you in full. Special orders already placed with a supplier may not be cancellable.</p>

<h3>Refund timing</h3>
<p>Refunds are processed within 3 business days of us receiving and checking the item. Your bank or card provider may take a further 3–5 business days to show it.</p>
