These terms apply to every discount code, promotional offer, voucher and member benefit offered by Spoke N Trail, and sit alongside our Terms of Service.

What discount codes don't apply to

Unless we state otherwise in writing at the time of the offer, discount codes and promotional offers do not apply to:

• Complete bikes and e-bikes
• Framesets
• Bike hire and demo bookings
• Gift cards and gift vouchers
• Items already reduced, on sale, run-out or ex-demo
• Special orders and items brought in specifically for you from a supplier
• Workshop labour already quoted at a fixed price

Bikes are sold on very narrow margins. What we invest in a bike sale is the professional build, the fit and the aftercare, rather than a discount off the ticket price.

Using a code

• One discount code per order. Codes cannot be combined with each other, with other promotional offers, or with RiderLink member discounts.
• Codes must be entered at checkout. We are not able to apply a code to an order after it has been placed.
• Codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, refunded or redeemed for cash or store credit.
• Codes are not transferable and may not be sold, auctioned or published.
• Where an offer has an expiry date, the code must be redeemed on or before that date.
• If an order is returned or cancelled, any refund is for the amount actually paid, not the pre-discount price.

Codes we didn't issue

Codes listed on third-party coupon and voucher websites are not issued or authorised by Spoke N Trail. We only honour codes we have supplied directly, by email, in store, or through our own website and social media channels. A code that does not work at checkout is not a valid Spoke N Trail code.

Changes and withdrawal

We may change, suspend or withdraw any discount code or promotional offer at any time, and we may decline or cancel an order where a code has been used in a way these terms don't allow, or where a pricing or system error is apparent. If we cancel an order for that reason we will refund you in full.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. See our Returns & Refunds policy for change of mind and faulty goods.
