Organic compound on a steel backing plate, in the large pad shape used by SRAM's bigger four-piston callipers. Quieter and more progressive than sintered, and the standard fitment on most of these brakes.
Best for: Code 2011 onward, Guide RE, G2 RE, DB8 / DB6 / DB4 and Motive callipers.
