Organic compound on a steel backing plate — SRAM's quiet pad, and the one fitted as standard to most four-piston trail brakes. Better modulation and less noise than sintered, at the cost of some outright heat capacity.
Best for: Trail, Guide, G2 and Level four-piston callipers — trail riding where brake noise matters.
