These terms apply to every Spoke N Trail gift card, whether you bought it on our website or in the shop at Noosaville. They sit alongside our Terms of Service and our Discounts & Promotions terms.

Our gift cards never expire

Australian law requires gift cards to be valid for at least three years. Ours have no expiry date at all. A card from years ago is still a valid card, and we will honour it.

We don't charge any fee for buying, holding or using a gift card, and we never deduct anything from the balance over time.

What you can spend it on

Anything we sell. There is no exclusion list. That includes:

• Bikes, e-bikes and framesets
• Riding gear, apparel, protection, components and accessories
• Workshop servicing, repairs and labour
• Bike and e-bike hire
• MTB tours, private shuttles and skills coaching
• RiderLink memberships

Using your gift card

• Bought on our website? Enter the code at online checkout, or bring it into the shop and we'll take care of it at the counter.
• Bought in the shop? Present the card in store and we'll scan it. If you'd like to spend it online instead, get in touch and we'll transfer the balance across for you.
• You can use more than one gift card on a single purchase.
• You don't have to spend the whole card at once. Whatever is left stays on the card for next time.
• If your purchase costs more than the card, you can pay the difference by any of our usual payment methods.

Checking your balance

Pop into the shop, or email info@spokentrail.com.au with the card number or the last four digits and we'll look it up for you.

The fine print

• Gift cards can't be bought with a discount code or promotional offer, and member discounts don't apply to them. A gift card is stored value, not a product.
• Gift cards are not redeemable for cash, and we don't give change on one.
• Gift cards can't be returned or refunded for change of mind.
• Please treat a gift card like cash. Anyone holding the number can spend it, so don't share it or post it publicly. If a card is lost or stolen and the balance has been spent, we can't replace it — but if you bought it from us and it hasn't been used, get in touch and we'll do what we can.
• Gift cards are for personal gifting and use. They may not be resold, auctioned or used for commercial purposes.
• If a purchase made with a gift card is later refunded, the refund goes back onto a gift card, not to cash or a bank card.

Sending one as a gift

When you buy a gift card on our website you can have it emailed straight to the person it's for, with a message from you, on a date you choose up to 90 days ahead. Just tick "I want to send this as a gift" on the gift card page. If you'd rather receive it yourself and pass it on, leave the box unticked and it comes to you.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. See our Returns & Refunds policy for change of mind and faulty goods.
